Device Declaration Form

All smartphones and other internet-capable devices belonging to student participants will be collected before the Information Restriction Period. To declare these devices, each team leader must complete the Device Declaration Form available to download here. 

Important: the completed form must be handed to the organisers at the first meeting point — before your delegation separates and students travel to their respective hotels. For this reason, we strongly advise filling in the form while travelling, so that it is ready on arrival. 

Blank forms will be available at the airport and at the hotels, but completing one on the spot will substantially slow down the transportation pipeline for everyone. Please arrive with your form already filled in.
