Participants are expected to arrive at Vilnius International Čiurlionis Airport (VNO). Collection from Vilnius Central Train Station or Vilnius Central Bus Station is also possible if indicated in the Travel Information Submission.

Participants arriving via other entry points (e.g. Kaunas Airport (KUN), Palanga Airport (PLQ), or Klaipėda Seaport) are expected to reach Vilnius at their own expense. Airport transfers will be provided between July 12 and 19. Guided self-transportation will be offered on other dates indicated in the Travel Information Submission.

Participants are welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer at their own expense. Catering will be provided from arrival on 12 July until breakfast on 19 July.
